As the definition of work continues to evolve in the 21st century, one thing is becoming very clear:
Work is what we do, not where we go.
For the very first episode of Building Bridges, we brought together three experts to talk about the future of work.
Our Guests:
- Cecile Alper-Leroux is VP, Human Capital Management Innovation at Ultimate Software. With more than 25-years’ experience, she is a thought leader who speaks and writes frequently on trends in human capital management.
- Marion McGovern was founder and CEO of M Squared Consulting–a gig economy talent intermediary before the term was even coined. She is the author of several books. Her most recent is Thriving in the Gig Economy: How to Capitalize and Compete in the New World of Work. Marion is also a corporate director, serving on several corporate and non-profit boards.
- Linda Nazareth is an economist, author, columnist, broadcaster, and speaker.
